Glenwood Ave. Arts Fest
The Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest was this awesome, weekend-long street fair that featured artists, open studios and live entertainment
on three outdoor stages on the cobblestone streets of the Glenwood Avenue Arts District in Chicago’s historic Rogers Park, a
neighborhood dedicated to being the most culturally and economically diverse neighborhood in Chicago.
The Artist Project
For the weekend of April 25th, Artropolis  was the center of the international art world and the caliber of artists, dealers and curators
present truly made this an extraordinary and memorable event."The Artist Project" is a fair designed to showcase emerging and
contemporary artists who could conceivably be picked up by a gallery, as well as getting a chance to network extensively with curators,
collectors, dealers and other artists.

Open Studio Program
This November and December, I found myself immersed in a two month long residency with the
city of Chicago. whoohoo!

"The Open Studio Program was created to allow the public to see the art-making process as it
unfolds. The Public Art Program of the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs invites selected
artists to work in the in a storefront in the Pedway below the Chicago Cultural Center, 77 E.
Randolph St. Chicago, where the public can watch artists while they create and follow the artist’s
day-by-day progress on a piece of art." November 1st - December 31st.


Thank you to everyone who stopped by to show their love -- it was an awesome couple of months
and a bi-ig thank you to the Cultural Center of Chicago for putting so much time and effort into the
emerging arts scene!!!
Root Division Art Auction
An evening of good company, friendly competition, and a chance to support artists & arts
education in San Francisco. This Art Auction presented an eclectic mix of quality artwork from
over 125 established and emerging local artists. Proceeds benefited local emerging artists, as
well as Root Division’s free after school art classes for Bay Area youth.

Jazzy tunes, delicious appetizers and good times had by all...
